MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown beef, onions, green pepper; drain. Add sauces, salt, chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.

12 tortillas (soft)
1 1/2 c. Milnot
1 c. shredded cheese

In a greased 12 x 8 x 2 1/2 inch pan, layer 1 cup meat sauce, tortillas, cheese, sauce. Keep layering until ingredients are gone. Pour Milnot over top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
