BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, lg.
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. frozen blueberries (12 oz.)

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mixed together.

Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until pale and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beat after each addition. Beat in vanilla, baking powder and salt. Fold in 1/2 the flour and 1/2 the milk beating after each one. Repeat with remaining flour and milk. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into cups; sprinkle with topping.

If using fresh blueberries mash 1/2 cup and stir into batter. 167 calories each.
