CHILE RELLENOS 
1 pkg. egg roll wraps
16 sandwich slices American cheese (may substitute either Monterey jack or cheddar)
1 can chili strips

Place 1 egg roll wrap flat on surface using a small amount of water spread over. Wrap in middle, put 1 slice cheese, quartered and stacked and 1/2 chili strip. Place end over end and fold in sides to make roll. Deep fry at 400 to 450 degrees until golden brown. Smother with green chile, lettuce and cheese.
