SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 can water
1 1/2 c. rice
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
Season salt, as desired

Season pork chops. Place in covered dish. Add peppers and rice, tomatoes sauce, stewed tomatoes and 1 can of water. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
