ITALIAN PORK CHOP 
6 pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano

Braise pork chops on both sides (unseasoned). Drain fat. Mix all ingredients into skillet. Place pork chops into mixture. Season to taste. Simmer 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
