3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. salad oil
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. Nice and moist!
