KAHLUA PARADISE CHICKEN | |
6 lg. pieces frying chicken (2 3/4 lbs.) 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/4 c. Kahlua 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. catsup 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 sm. clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken pieces barely touching in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Then simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon half the sauce over chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, continue baking uncovered until tender (15 to 20 minutes). Serves 4-6. |
