FREEZER MEATBALLS | |
3 lb. ground chuck 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 3 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. chopped onion, fine 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In a large bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, and pepper. Add beef, mix well; chill. With wet hand, shape meat mixture into 6 dozen 1 inch balls. Bake in two 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Place on another pan to cool. Freeze until just frozen. Freeze 24 in 3 packages. |
