BARBECUED MEATBALLS | |
1 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. ketchup 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 1/2 c. onion, diced Moisten crumbs with milk. Combine beef with crumb mixture. Shape into balls about the size of a small egg. Place in baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients to make barbecue sauce. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes in a 13 x 9 baking dish. |
