FLANK STEAK PINWHEELS | |
2-3 inch flank steak (have steak tenderized at meat counter) 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. honey 1 1/2 tsp. ginger 3/4 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 finely chopped onion 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Marinate steak in above ingredients for 4 hours or more. Cover steak with cooked bacon slices and chopped fresh parsley. Roll up and hold together with toothpicks. Cut in 1 inch serving slices. Grill 3 minutes on each side. |
