1 pkg. Jimmy Dean's sausage (mild or hot)
1 loaf of French bread
1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese (lg.)
1 med. onion

In skillet brown sausage and onions. Set aside. Slice in half French bread. Hollow out inside of bread. Use some of hollowed out bread and mix with sausage and onion mixture, mix part of cheese. Stuff French bread with mixture, sprinkle cheese over it. Put back together. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees until heated and cheese is melted. Then cut in 1 to 2 inch sections and eat until your hearts content.
