GUACAMOLE 
2 avocados
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. tomato
1 tbsp. Jalapeno peppers
1/4 c. black olives (pitted)
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/2 fresh squeezed lime juice
Nachos

Slice avocados into halves and using a spoon take out the pit. Slice halves vertically and scrape into large bowl, then mash. Add above ingredients and mix well. Serve with nachos. Serves 3 to 4.
