ACAPULCO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Salt & pepper
Onions
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can creamed corn
1 can kidney beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown ground beef, salt, pepper and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. In large casserole, alternate layers of meat mixture with 6 to 8 corn tortillas. Sprinkle cheddar cheese thickly on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
