BROWN GRAVY - NO OIL 
7 tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. minced dried onion
1 tbsp. salt reduced tamari

Combine flour and water. Stir until well blended. Cook over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Continue to cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Great over vegetables, rice, or casserole dishes or stews. Makes 2 cups.
