3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs (beaten)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
2 tsp. salt
5 slices stale bread (cubed)

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 sm. can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 tsp. Coleman's mustard

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add ground beef, onion, milk, lemon juice, salt and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly, shape into loaf and place in greased pan.

Combine catsup, tomato sauce, brown sugar, allspice and mustard. Pour over meat loaf half of the sauce.

Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. Last half hour, pour over the remaining sauce. (The sauce recipe can be doubled to have extra to serve at the table.)
