MUSHROOM SWISS STEAK | |
3 to 4 lbs. chuck roast, 1 inch thick 1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. steak sauce Heavy duty foil paper Place roast in center of foil paper. Sprinkle both sides with onion soup mix. Dump a can of mushroom soup and the steak sauce on top. Wrap in foil, sealing edges. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 375 degrees for 3 to 4 hours until fork tender. |
