BROCCOLI WITH ONION RINGS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. Pet milk (1 sm. can)
French fried onion rings

Prepare 2 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears as package directs, but only cooking 5 minutes. Drain and put into greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle broccoli with cheese.

Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with the milk. Spread over cheese in casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Take from oven and top with French fried onion rings. Bake 8-10 minutes longer.
