BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 medium red onion, sliced thin and ringed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing:

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Cut up broccoli, slice onions, and toss in crumbled bacon. Mix the dressing and pour on broccoli mixture. Top with cheese and mix. Serve right away.
