STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat Crisco and eggs well. Add sugar and beat. Add flour, salt and baking powder alternately with milk. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with fresh strawberries and milk.
