FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine dry ingredients; stir in liquid ingredients and heat until mixture is smooth.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese, egg, salt and sugar together until smooth. Fill cupcakes 1/2 full to make about 20 cupcakes, add 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture to each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine first 3 ingredients. Boil 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add chips and beat until thick enough to spread.
