GRAHAM CRACKER DESSERT 
1 box graham crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1/2 c. + 3 tbsp. milk
1 eggc. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In an ungreased 9"x13" pan. Lay graham crackers to fit pan (no crumbs). Combine in saucepan 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk and egg; mix well, stirring constantly. Let come to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Stir well and spread over graham cracker layer in pan. Add another layer of graham crackers not crumbs and frost with the following 1/2 stick melted butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons milk. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill for 24 hours. Serves about 12.
