TACO PIE 
Deep dish pie crust
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce, divided
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
12 lg. tortilla chips, crushed
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees. Thaw pie crust 10 minutes. Prick thoroughly. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees.

In skillet, brown meat with onion, drain. Add taco seasoning to meat, according to package directions.

In small bowl, combine beans and 1/3 cup taco sauce, mix well. Layer half of bean mixture in bottom of pie crust. Top with meat, 1 cup cheese, and chips. Repeat layers, excluding chips. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with cheese, tomato, lettuce, and additional taco sauce to taste.
