SHERRY CHEESE PATE' 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
4 tsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) jar mango chutney
Green onion with tops

Soften cream cheese before beating well with sherry, curry and salt. Spread on platter about 1/2 inch thick. Chill until firm. At serving time top with chutney and sliced green onions. Serve with crackers.
