RANCH HOUSE STEAK 
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 lb. round steak

Combine ingredients, except steak. Pound steak to break tissue. Cut into serving size pieces. Place in roasting pan. Cover with sauce. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
