1 (8 oz.) cream cheese package
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Amaretto
1 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries

Blend softened cream cheese, sugar and Amaretto. Fold in whipping cream. Drop by 1/2 cups on cookie sheet. Mold into individual servings. Depress the center of each so that it may be filled with fruit. Freeze on cookie sheet, then remove from sheet and store in a plastic bag in freezer. Before serving, thicken thawed fruit with cornstarch. When ready to serve, remove from freezer, place fruit in center of each mold. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
