CHICKEN SUPREME (SCRUMPTIOUS!!) 
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 brick of Meunster or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed in 1 inch pieces
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tsp. parsley flakes
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1. Secure chicken around cheese with toothpicks.

2. Dip chicken in mixture of butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.

3. Roll chicken in mixture of Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.

4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
