SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cream (optional)
1/2 c. lite sour cream
1 egg
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan or Romano
1 pkg. fresh linguini noodles or Chinese egg noodles

Melt butter in microwave, add sour cream, cream, and egg and beat until blended. Add cheese and blend. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Toss pasta with sauce to coat. Serve with fresh cooked asparagus spears and sliced tomatoes.
