2. Rub all over with cooking oil.

3. Turn turkey breast side down. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or covered roasting pan.

4. Bake at 500 degrees for half roasting time then turn down to 375 degrees for rest of time. Bake at 15 minutes per pound very moist and good. Roasting time 15 minutes X bird weight.
