SPANISH WAY ROAST TURKEY 
12 sour oranges
2 1/2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 lb. bacon
1 stick butter
Salt

Put lots of cut on the turkey and in the hole put a piece of butter and salt. First put on the blender the juice of the orange the garlic and oregano, blender until is thick then put this juice on the holes and all over the turkey. Leaving like that overnight. Before put it to cook. Cover with the bacon and cook it for at least 6 or 7 hours at 250 degrees, about one hour before it is done take off the bacon then the turkey get all brown, you can eat that bacon.
