GERMAN PEACH PASTRY 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can peaches
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 beaten egg

Drain and slice peaches. Blend cake mix and butter until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven. Mix egg and sour cream together; put aside. Arrange peach slices on crust. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; pour on egg and sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool and cut. Refrigerate.
