SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round steak
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar

Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in a single or double layer in baking pan. Set side. In another bowl combine tomato sauce, ketchup, and sugar. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over noodles or in a chafing dish as an appetizer. This is so easy because you do not have to fry all those meatballs.
