RHUBARB CUSTARD TORTE 
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 c. butter

Mix all crust ingredients and press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

FILLING:

8 c. rhubarb
8 eggs
2 c. sugar

Beat eggs and sugar. Add to rhubarb which has been cut into bite size pieces. Pour over cooled crust and bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until set. Serve cold with Cool Whip.
