CREAM CHEESE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon or almond extract
1 egg (1 white, 1 yolk)

Spread 1 package rolls in 9x13 inch pan. Beat 2 packages cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread this on layer of rolls. Spread other package of rolls on top of this. Beat until froth the egg white and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread this on second layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 minutes.
