MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. potatoes, grated
2 slices crumbled bread
2/3 c. coffee cream (less for milk)
Salt and pepper
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Combine all ingredients except soup. Form balls, roll in flour and brown in a little oil. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 2 cans water for 1 hour.
