CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. of chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

In double boiler melt chips with Eagle Brand, mix well. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Chill 2 hours, until firm. Lightly butter hands and shape into 1 inch balls and roll in any of the following coatings: finely chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, coconut or unsweetened cocoa. Chill 1 hour until firm. Store covered, at room temperature.
