SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lb. ground chuck
5 round tsp. Morton Tender quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. Hickory Liquid Smoke
1 1/2-2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix together, cover tightly and refrigerate. On the 2nd day, mix again. On the 3rd day shape into loaves and bake at 200 degrees for 8 hours turning every 2 hours. (Bake on broiler pan or rack.)
