GARLIC CHEESE ROLL 
1 lb. American cheese
1 lg. pod garlic
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. nuts

Run all ingredients through food chopper, then mix with hands. Roll in chili powder. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate. This is best if fixed a couple of days ahead of time. It also freezes real well. Thaws in no time.
