COCONUT - PECAN SQUARES 
Cream 1 stick butter with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup flour. Press into pan and cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile beat 2 eggs until frothy and add 1 cup brown sugar and mix until thick. Add 1/2 cup coconut tossed with 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup nuts, chopped. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt. Pour over baked crust (above) and bake for 20 minutes more at 350 degrees. Cool, cut into squares and sift powdered sugar over them.
