RICE KAMIKAZE 
1 c. brown rice
2 1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. can mushrooms
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

Cook rice in water with Mrs. Dash and salt, covering after it comes to a boil and reduce heat - about 40 to 45 minutes. Cook vegetables per package instructions. Mix vegetables with rice, mushrooms and cheese. Bake in covered casserole 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
