PINEAPPLE PUDDING DESSERT 
1/2 lb. box vanilla wafers
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 stick of butter
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
Nuts (optional)

Cover bottom of pan, 8 x 8 inches, with wafers. Cream butter and powdered sugar together, beat two eggs and add to mixture. Beat well. Add pineapple to mixture and spread half over wafers. Make second layer of wafers and top with remaining pineapple mixture. Whip cream with sugar and spread on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
