CRAB CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. thin cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, boiled in butter
1 lb. lump crabmeat
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. Rhine wine
Buttered bread crumbs

Make cream sauce with butter, flour and cream. Remove from heat and add well-beaten egg yolks, salt, Worcestershire sauce. Combine mushrooms, crab meat, parsley and wine. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake 15-20 minutes longer.
