STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean round steak
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. tin mushrooms and juice
1/2 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup
1 soup tin of 3/4 water and 1/4 wine
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Slice partially frozen meat in 1-inch pieces on a floured cutting board. Pound with a saucer. Mix all together in a large casserole. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 or 325 degrees. Serves 6 people.
