STIR-FRY BEEF 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. beef, cut in thin strips
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sherry
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. celery, cut diagonally
1 c. onion wedges, separated
1/2 c. green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. carrots, sliced thinly on angle
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. can baby corn
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oyster sauce

Combine soy, sherry, sugar, ginger. Coat beef and marinade for 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan or wok. Add garlic. Fry 30 seconds. Remove meat from marinade if any remains reserve. Fry in hot oil 2-3 minutes until brown. Add celery, onions, green onions and carrots. Fry 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and baby corn. Fry 2 minutes. Pepper. Add oyster sauce to any remaining marinade. If none remains, then add alone. Add to stir-fry, toss and serve.
