CRAB - RICE SALAD 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sm. peas, cooked
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. Spice Island salad seasoning
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Bibb lettuce leaves, optional
Curry powder for garnish

Combine crab, rice, peas, celery, green onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, salad seasoning, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. Chill 24 hours (if in a hurry a couple of hours will do). Serve on leaf of lettuce and sprinkle lightly with curry powder or serve plain.
