CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. crabmeat
1 pkg. broccoli or asparagus
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onions
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook broccoli as directed. Place in bottom of greased casserole. Put cheese on top of broccoli. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter; add flour to butter mixture. Next, add milk slowly, stirring constantly. When this mixture is slightly thickened, add lemon juice and crab meat. Stir all together and pour over cheese and broccoli. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
