ROCKY ROAD CANDY 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. mini marshmallows

Melt all chocolate and butter in large pan over low heat and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Beat eggs and mix in sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend in chocolate. Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Drop by teaspoons on wax paper. Chill until firm.
