1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
2 c. flour

Cream together all above ingredients. Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight. Divide into quarters and roll out each quarter into a circle, cut into triangles. Roll up like a crescent. Bake at 350 degrees until golden. These are like croissants, but without the work.
