SWEDISH COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sour milk
2 eggs

Combine sugars, flour and salt. Add oil and mix. Take out 1 cup of this mixture and put aside. To the rest of the mixture, add baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Add milk and eggs. Beat. Pour into greased shallow pan and sprinkle top with mixture; put aside. Bake at 325 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
