AUNT BERNICES SWEDISH COFFEE
CAKE
 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar for topping
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter, sugar, sour cream, 2 eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, baking soda, powder and salt. Beat 3 minutes and put aside. Take half of batter and spread in large greased tube pan.

Mix sugar for topping, nuts and cinnamon. Spread 1/2 of topping over batter. Add rest of batter and sprinkle rest of topping over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
