1 egg
1 c. diced apple (any kind)
3/4 c. sugar (or less, if desired)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts and or handful of raisins
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Beat egg well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
